Submit this form to tell NAZ clearly that you are withdrawing from the contract. You do not need to give a reason.
How to use this form
Complete the identifying fields and send the notice to contact@naz.fashion or by post to Nazareta Paulina Čypaitė, trading as NAZ, Fizikų g. 14, Vilnius, Lithuania, before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. The form is optional. Keep evidence of sending it.
After giving notice
Return the goods to Fizikų g. 14, Vilnius, Lithuania without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the notice. For a normal change of mind, you arrange and pay the direct return cost. The refund and inspection rules are explained in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
When the right may not apply
The right can be excluded only where a statutory exception genuinely applies, such as clearly personalised goods or goods made to individual specifications. Limited production or numbering alone does not remove the right.
